In this role:

• You’ll welcome all customers and visitors with professionalism and warmth

• You’ll manage inbound calls and direct queries appropriately

• You’ll keep reception areas organised and presentable

• You’ll support with light admin and occasional customer service tasks

We're looking for:

• Someone friendly, with a confident approach to customer service

• Someone with clear communication skills, in person and on the phone

• Someone with basic IT skills and an eye for organisation
